In total we had 51 pilots from 5 states of Australia enter the Inaugral HnF Bullseye competition. Due to bad weather leading up to the comp (the day before was severe thunderstroms and localised flooding) we had 31 pilots compete on the day. Pilots ranged in ability from new PG2 through to experienced PG5 comp pilots.... Some of the competitors were dedicated for the win, with speedbar and big ear descents to maximise the number of flights for the day. Others only had 1 HnF and boated around for 3-4 hours in the easy soaring and thermic conditions. There was a great mix of diversity from the competitors, with pilots of all ages, backgrounds and types of gliders flown. There were 2 female compeitiors in the group with Melysha scoring 850 points and Nicole scoring 625 points, both in the Amateur novice division... It was a great day out and the team are looking forwafrd to the next HnF Bullsye competion in the new year.........
